You do not need to visit to verify we can make your part — but if you want to, this is what you would find. The machines that cut, press, cast and mould, and the metrology that proves the result.
Production
The workshop floor
Machining centres and lathes for the CNC lines, hydraulic presses for forging and stamping, sand and die-casting equipment for the casting lines, and injection moulding machines for the polymer parts.

Metrology
The machines that measure it
Every critical feature is checked against the drawing. These are the instruments the checks are made with — they are in the building, not at a laboratory across town, so a measurement does not sit in a queue for a week.
Inspection reports are written, not implied. Each batch leaves with a dimensional report showing what was measured, against which drawing revision, and what the reading was. Material certificates travel with the shipment.
Send a drawing and see what we can do with it
The quickest way to find out what our machines can do is to give them a real drawing. One business day for a quote.
