Investment-Cast Bronze Bushings & Fittings
Investment-cast bronze bushings and fittings, with close tolerances and a fine surface finish from the lost-wax process.
Lost-wax castings in stainless, alloy and bronze, for shapes and tolerances sand casting cannot hold.

Investment casting builds a ceramic shell around a wax model and melts the wax out, leaving a mould fine enough to reproduce small features and thin walls with a smooth surface. It costs more per part than sand casting and is the right answer for small, complex, high-accuracy parts in corrosion-resistant alloys. The critical features are machined after casting.
Each family covers a shape and the way it is normally made. Open one for the materials, the processes and the typical applications behind it.

Investment-cast bronze mounting brackets and fittings, with complex forms reproduced faithfully from the model.
Investment-cast levers and linkage arms in stainless and bronze, with the pivot bores machined to a close tolerance.
Investment-cast stainless steel fittings, elbows and unions, with sealed faces and threads machined to the specified standard.
Investment-cast housings and instrument mounts, with thin walls and machined mounting faces where accuracy matters.
Investment-cast clamps and collets, with the gripping profile machined accurately for a repeatable grip.
Investment-cast lever brackets and handles, with a smooth surface from the mould and machined pivot points.
Investment-cast linkage arms and connecting levers, with matched bores so the assembly moves without slop.
Investment-cast support brackets and stands, with bosses and mounting faces machined for rigid, repeatable mounting.
Investment-cast hub bodies and coupling hubs, with the bore machined and the web balanced for rotation.
Investment-cast mounting brackets and standoffs, with fixings machined to position so they land on the tooling holes first time.
If you only have some of these, send what you have. We will ask for the rest.
Send a drawing and we will quote it against the material, the tolerance and the quantity. One business day for a part we can quote straight away.
