Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
High-pressure die cast housings and manifolds, with the shape formed in the tool.

Die casting pushes molten metal into a steel die under high pressure, so the casting is dense, repeatable and holds complex ribs and bosses. It is the process behind most of the aluminium housings in a modern machine. The die is the investment, and the part cost then falls away as the volume rises — which is why die casting and a good forecast go together.
Each family covers a shape and the way it is normally made. Open one for the materials, the processes and the typical applications behind it.

Die-cast aluminium manifolds and multi-port headers, with the flow paths cast in and the port faces machined.
Die-cast aluminium hubs and flanged housings, with the bore and bolt circle machined to the specified fit and pattern.
If you only have some of these, send what you have. We will ask for the rest.
Send a drawing and we will quote it against the material, the tolerance and the quantity. One business day for a part we can quote straight away.
