Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast aluminium pump casings with integral ports and flanges, machined at the seal faces and the bore.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |

| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

A pump casing carries pressure and has to seal, which makes the machined surfaces on it the critical part of the delivery. The ports and flanges are cast, the seal faces and the bore are machined, and the result is a casing that can be pressure tested before it leaves the shop.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
