Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast aluminium pump and gear housings with integral ribs, cast in one shot and machined to the drawing.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |
|---|---|
| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

Pump and gear housings are cast with their ribs and flanges integral, then machined on the faces that seal and on the bores that run. Because the cavity holds the whole shape, a housing that would take many welded sections comes out of the die as one part. Where the application demands it, the casting is leak tested before delivery.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
