Die-Cast Gearbox Housings
Die-cast aluminium gearbox housings with the bearing seats and mounting faces machined after casting.
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.

Die casting is how a complex gear shape is made economically — the cavity forms the teeth, the shoulders and the web in a single shot. The teeth are then cut or shaved to get the accuracy a transmission needs, and the bore is machined to the shaft fit. The result keeps the casting economics without giving up the running accuracy.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
