Sheet Metal Chassis Frames & Enclosures
Folded, welded and powder-coated sheet metal frames that form the skeleton of an equipment enclosure or machine chassis.
Pressed sheet metal brackets, panels and chassis, cut and formed on dedicated tools.

Stamping presses flat sheet into a finished shape. The tool is the investment; the parts that come off it are close to identical, which is what makes stamping the cheapest way to produce a bracket in volume. We run progressive and single-bleed tools, in mild steel, stainless and aluminium, and add the secondary operations — tapping, welding, assembly — that turn a blank into a part you can bolt into a build.
Each family covers a shape and the way it is normally made. Open one for the materials, the processes and the typical applications behind it.

Pressed steel mounting brackets and support arms, produced on progressive tools and finished with tapped or welded fixing points.
Formed and pierced structural brackets in cold-rolled and stainless sheet, for load-bearing connections inside an assembly.
Multi-part stamped bracket assemblies — pressed channels and webs supplied welded, riveted or fitted with their own inserts.
Lightened stamped reinforcing brackets that stiffen a frame without adding dead weight to the finished assembly.
Pressed U- and C-section channel brackets that locate and clamp other parts to a frame edge.
Pressed steel lever and linkage arms with formed pivot bosses, for low-load mechanical motion across a machine.
If you only have some of these, send what you have. We will ask for the rest.
Send a drawing and we will quote it against the material, the tolerance and the quantity. One business day for a part we can quote straight away.
