Sheet Metal Chassis Frames & Enclosures
Folded, welded and powder-coated sheet metal frames that form the skeleton of an equipment enclosure or machine chassis.
Pressed steel lever and linkage arms with formed pivot bosses, for low-load mechanical motion across a machine.
| Material thickness | 0.5 – 6.0 mm, per drawing |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | ±0.10 mm general, ±0.05 mm on mating features |
| Finish | Zinc plated, powder coated, brushed, passivated |

Linkage arms transfer a movement from one point to another without a heavy machined assembly. Stamping gives a consistent pivot boss and a light, stiff arm, and the pivot bore can be reamed after pressing so it runs on a bearing rather than on a sheet-metal edge. Common in access equipment, actuators and small machinery.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.
Folded, welded and powder-coated sheet metal frames that form the skeleton of an equipment enclosure or machine chassis.
Pressed steel mounting brackets and support arms, produced on progressive tools and finished with tapped or welded fixing points.
Formed and pierced structural brackets in cold-rolled and stainless sheet, for load-bearing connections inside an assembly.
Send the drawing and we will quote it against your material, your tolerance and your quantity. One business day, in writing, with a lead time you can plan around.
