Who we are

China Machinery Accessories Co., Ltd. ("CMA", "we") is a contract manufacturer located at No.61 Jianning Road, Gulou District, Nanjing, Jiangsu 210011, China. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions about it go to info@cma-nj.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the enquiry form, and only when you choose to send it. That is:

• Your name, company, email address, phone number and country or region.
• The inquiry category you select and the message you write.
• The page the enquiry was submitted from.
• The submitting IP address and the country and region the Cloudflare edge derives from it.

The enquiry form also contains a hidden field that people never see. If it is filled in, the submission came from an automated system and we discard it.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry: to quote on your part, to review your drawing and to tell you what we can make and what it will cost. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers, and we do not use them to add you to a marketing list.

Our hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare. Submitted enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and may be relayed to our sales channel so a person can reply.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant and for the period required by Chinese accounting and tax law. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry record sooner, we will, except for the part of it we are legally required to keep.

Sharing

We share your details only with the people who need them to answer you — our sales and engineering staff, and our email relay if one is configured. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

We will disclose information where we are legally required to, for example to a competent authority in the course of a lawful request.

International transfers

We are based in China and the data we hold is stored there. If you are outside China, your enquiry crosses a border to reach us. We keep the transfer limited to what is needed to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us using it. Write toinfo@cma-nj.com and we will deal with the request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are validated server-side, a honeypot rejects automated submissions, and the data at rest is held in a managed database with access limited to the people who need it for their work.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. If analytics are added later, this section will say so and name the provider before it goes live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes will be mentioned in the footer.
