Stamped Mounting Brackets & Support Arms
Pressed steel mounting brackets and support arms, produced on progressive tools and finished with tapped or welded fixing points.
Folded, welded and powder-coated sheet metal frames that form the skeleton of an equipment enclosure or machine chassis.
| Material thickness | 0.5 – 6.0 mm, per drawing |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | ±0.10 mm general, ±0.05 mm on mating features |
| Finish | Zinc plated, powder coated, brushed, passivated |

Every electrical cabinet, control box and machine base starts as a folded sheet metal frame. We cut, bend, weld and finish these structures so panels, doors and internals land on the tooling holes they were designed around. Frames are supplied as weldments or as individual stamped panels, to suit the way you assemble downstream.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
