Sheet Metal Chassis Frames & Enclosures
Folded, welded and powder-coated sheet metal frames that form the skeleton of an equipment enclosure or machine chassis.
Multi-part stamped bracket assemblies — pressed channels and webs supplied welded, riveted or fitted with their own inserts.
| Material thickness | 0.5 – 6.0 mm, per drawing |

| Tolerance | ±0.10 mm general, ±0.05 mm on mating features |
| Finish | Zinc plated, powder coated, brushed, passivated |

Some brackets are only useful once their parts are together. This line covers pressed bracket assemblies where a channel, web or face plate is combined into one rigid unit. We supply the assembly welded and dressed, riveted, or fitted with the inserts and hardware the drawing calls for, so it arrives ready to bolt into your build.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
