Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast gearbox covers and end housings, machined at the joint face and at the bearing locations.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |
|---|---|
| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

The cover is the part of a gearbox that closes it, so it has to seal and it has to carry the bearing it supports. Die casting gives it the ribbed, stiff shape at low cost, and the joint face and bearing location are machined so the gearbox closes properly and the shaft runs true.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
