Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast aluminium motor end housings and end bells, machined at the bearing seat and the register fit.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |
|---|---|
| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

An end housing has to locate the bearing and register with the motor frame — two fits that have to agree with each other. The casting is produced with the register as-cast and the bearing seat machined, and both are inspected from the same datum so the housing seats square in the frame.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
