Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast aluminium hubs and flanged housings, with the bore and bolt circle machined to the specified fit and pattern.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |
|---|---|
| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

Hubs and flanged housings combine a bore, a bolt circle and a sealing face, and all three have to agree with each other. The casting gives the shape and the material, and the bore, bolt circle and face are machined from a common datum so the joint repeats exactly from part to part.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
