Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast aluminium manifolds and multi-port headers, with the flow paths cast in and the port faces machined.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |
|---|---|
| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

A manifold brings several passages together in one body, and the fewer welds it has, the fewer places it can leak. Die casting forms the passages in the cavity in a single shot, and the port faces and mounting faces are machined afterwards so the joints actually seal.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
