Die-Cast Transmission Gears
Die-cast aluminium transmission gears with machined tooth faces, for gearbox and actuator applications.
Die-cast aluminium motor housings with integral cooling fins, machined at the bore, the flange and the end faces.
| Clamping force | 160 – 1250 T, per machine |
|---|---|
| Part weight | 50 g – 25 kg |
| Alloy | ADC12, A380, ZAMAK-5, A356 — supplied with material certificate |

Motor housings are one of the classic high-volume die-casting applications — the fins are cast in, so there is nothing to machine away and nothing to weld on. The bore, the mounting flange and the end faces are machined to the drawing, and the housing is supplied with the bearing seats finished.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
