About this part

What it is and why it is made that way

A lever has to look right and move right. The investment process gives the lever its tapered, filleted form without machining it out of solid, and the pivot bores are machined afterwards so the lever swings without play. The form is taken from the customer drawing or model, so a hand-finished look can be reproduced.

  • Tapered and filleted forms reproduced from the model
  • Pivot bores machined to the specified fit
  • Stainless, bronze or brass, to the application
  • Surface finish from shot blasted to polished
