Injection-Moulded Seals & O-Rings
Injection-moulded seals, gaskets and O-rings in elastomers and engineering plastics, produced in the colour and hardness specified.
Moulded ribbed bellows and dust boots for linear and rotary motion, made to the stroke they have to accommodate.
| Part weight | 1 g – 15 kg |
|---|---|
| Mould life | Typically 200 000 – 500 000 shots per tool, by material and geometry |
| Dimensional | ±0.2 mm general, shrinkage compensated into the tool |

Bellows and dust boots in this line are the ribbed kind used on linear slides, ball screws and rotary joints. They are sized by the stroke they have to allow, not by the diameter alone — a bellows that is too short for its travel bottoms out and tears. Each tool is developed against a drawing, and samples are checked before the batch is moulded.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.

Flat gaskets and moulded sealing rings cut or moulded to the flange geometry, with the bore and outer diameter held to drawing.
Moulded rubber bellows and suction boots that protect a moving joint from dust, coolant and impact.
Send the drawing and we will quote it against your material, your tolerance and your quantity. One business day, in writing, with a lead time you can plan around.
