Injection-Moulded Seals & O-Rings
Injection-moulded seals, gaskets and O-rings in elastomers and engineering plastics, produced in the colour and hardness specified.
Injection-moulded pipe clamps, saddles and mounting brackets, moulded with the fixing detail already in the part.
| Part weight | 1 g – 15 kg |
|---|---|
| Mould life | Typically 200 000 – 500 000 shots per tool, by material and geometry |
| Dimensional | ±0.2 mm general, shrinkage compensated into the tool |

Moulding the fixing detail into the part removes the separate bracket, the screws and the assembly time. These clamps and saddles carry the pipe or tube, and the mounting foot, slot or hole is part of the mould rather than something welded or screwed on afterwards. Where a rubber liner is needed, it is moulded in as a separate part.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.
