Injection-Moulded Seals & O-Rings
Injection-moulded seals, gaskets and O-rings in elastomers and engineering plastics, produced in the colour and hardness specified.
Injection-moulded equipment housings and covers, produced with the wall thickness, ribs and fixings specified.
| Part weight | 1 g – 15 kg |
|---|---|
| Mould life | Typically 200 000 – 500 000 shots per tool, by material and geometry |
| Dimensional | ±0.2 mm general, shrinkage compensated into the tool |

A moulded housing replaces a fabricated sheet-metal box: lighter, repeatable in shape, and cheaper at volume. The ribs, bosses and screw posts are all part of the tool, so the housing carries its own fixing points without extra hardware. Wall thickness is controlled by the mould rather than by hand, which is what keeps the part consistent.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.

Flat gaskets and moulded sealing rings cut or moulded to the flange geometry, with the bore and outer diameter held to drawing.
Moulded rubber bellows and suction boots that protect a moving joint from dust, coolant and impact.
