Injection-Moulded Seals & O-Rings
Injection-moulded seals, gaskets and O-rings in elastomers and engineering plastics, produced in the colour and hardness specified.
Injection-moulded threaded fittings and hose connectors, with threads moulded to the specified standard and seal detail.
| Part weight | 1 g – 15 kg |
|---|---|
| Mould life | Typically 200 000 – 500 000 shots per tool, by material and geometry |
| Dimensional | ±0.2 mm general, shrinkage compensated into the tool |

Moulded threads are formed in the tool and are consistent across the whole batch, which is what keeps a repeated assembly from leaking as the fitting wears in. This line covers threaded connectors, hose tails and unions in ABS and PVC-U, with the thread form, seal face and tightening torque all specified.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.
