Cast Pump & Gearbox Housings
Sand-cast pump and gearbox housings in grey iron and alloy steel, machined on the critical faces to the drawing.
Cast valve bodies and support brackets in cast iron, with the flow path cored and the sealing faces machined.
| Casting weight | 1 – 300 kg per part |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | ±1.5 mm as-cast; ±0.10 mm after machining |
| Casting standard | JB/T 7946 general casting tolerance |

Valve bodies are cast because the internal flow path is complex and because a cast iron body resists the pressure and the corrosion. The passages are formed with cores rather than drilled, and the sealing faces are machined flat so the valve seats properly. These are supplied as castings or fully machined and tested.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.
