Cast Brackets & Valve Bodies
Cast valve bodies and support brackets in cast iron, with the flow path cored and the sealing faces machined.
Sand-cast pump and gearbox housings in grey iron and alloy steel, machined on the critical faces to the drawing.
| Casting weight | 1 – 300 kg per part |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | ±1.5 mm as-cast; ±0.10 mm after machining |
| Casting standard | JB/T 7946 general casting tolerance |

Housing castings are the structural core of a pump or gearbox, and the reason to cast rather than machine them is simple: the shape and the material cost a fraction of machining from solid. The casting is then machined on the faces that actually matter — bores, bearing seats and mounting pads — so the critical geometry is accurate.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.
Cast valve bodies and support brackets in cast iron, with the flow path cored and the sealing faces machined.
Cast iron flanges and manifold bodies, drilled and faced to the specified bolt pattern and pressure rating.
Cast impellers and fan housings in cast iron and aluminium, balanced and machined to the specified hub and bore.
Send the drawing and we will quote it against your material, your tolerance and your quantity. One business day, in writing, with a lead time you can plan around.
