Cast Pump & Gearbox Housings
Sand-cast pump and gearbox housings in grey iron and alloy steel, machined on the critical faces to the drawing.
Cast pulleys, sheaves and bearing bushes, machined at the bore and rim so they run concentric.
| Casting weight | 1 – 300 kg per part |
|---|---|
| Tolerance | ±1.5 mm as-cast; ±0.10 mm after machining |
| Casting standard | JB/T 7946 general casting tolerance |

A cast pulley is machined where it matters: the bore, the rim and the keyway. Running the rim and the bore concentric is what keeps the belt tracking straight. Bushings are pressed or cast in place, then the bore is bored and honed to give a proper running surface.
The ranges below are what this shop typically holds. Anything tighter than the baseline is possible — send the drawing and we will confirm it against your specific tolerances rather than quote from a table.

If this is not quite your part, these are made on the same equipment with the same inspection.
